Kelly Farr

Kelly has spent more than a decade helping startups and growth stage software companies build great teams. She’s recruited talent at every level, from critical individual hires to building entirely new teams from the ground up.

She is known for being thoughtful, straightforward, and genuinely invested in finding the right fit for both the company and the person. She believes the best  recruiting happens when it’s a true partnership. Having worked both in-house and agency, she understands what it means to be an effective partner to hiring managers and internal talent teams. She especially enjoys working with growing, mission-driven companies, including women-owned and founder-led businesses.

When she’s not recruiting, Kelly is usually reading the latest in literary fiction, practicing hot yoga, or watching her kids play soccer. She lives in Nashville with her husband and two energetic children.
